Who wants to have pie and coffee with KGNU next Saturday? Specifically, apple pie, cherry pie, Key lime pie, spinach artichoke pie and pork green chile pie paired with five freshly brewed Ozo coffees.

This unique coffee and pie pairing event on April 8 at Boulder’s Ozo Coffee Roastery in Boulder will feature tastes of five artisan pies (both sweet and savory) from Denver’s Hinman Pie, and special craft coffees from Ozo.

Two Sessions: 10:00am and 1:00pm. Reserve your seat today!

Pies will be paired with tastes of five craft coffees from Ozo Coffee. An Ozo Coffee expert will talk about how to taste coffee and tips for brewing better coffee at home.

Radio Nibbles host and former National Pie Championships head judge John Lehndorff will talk about how to judge and make pies and Boulder’s pie history.

Alexis Kenyon

Alexis Kenyon is an experienced radio reporter with more than 15 years of experience creating compelling, sound-rich radio stories for news outlets across the country. Kenyon has master's degrees from the University of California, Berkeley, Graduate School of Journalism in radio broadcast and photojournalism. She has worked in KGNU's news department since 2021 as a reporter, editor, and daily news producer.
