Farming, pickling & more on Kitchen Table Talk KGNU News

Starting a garden, local farming, and pickling were on the menu Feb. 5 on a fun-filled Kitchen Table Talk, KGNU’s monthly, hour-long food discussion program. Hosts John Lehndorff (Radio Nibbles) and chef Dan Asher (Boulder’s River & Woods) welcomed Mark DeRespinis of Esoterra Culinary Garden in Longmont and Laraina James of Mountain Girl Pickles. The crew took listener calls and reviewed fresh produce and pickled goods, featuring new products from Mountain Girl Pickles.
