Environmental Legislation in the 2020 State Legislative Session

The 2020 state legislative session begins in a few weeks. KGNU’s Rossana Longo speaks with Colorado Senate Majority Leader Steve Fenberg (D) and Representative Edie Hooton (D) about what to expect in terms of environmental legislation in the upcoming session.
