End of Life and the Emergency Room

We have many ideas about what happens in an ambulance and in the ER, most of them from TV. It’s a lot more complex than ‘taking someone off life support’ and the skills and treatments are sophisticated and life-saving at a time when most of us want to be saved. Today’s guests are Dr. Jean Abbott who worked as an ER doctor for 35 years, and Will Dunn, the Clinical Manager of Eagle County Paramedic Services.
