New Era Colorado was founded in 2006 by a group of CU students who wanted to encourage young people to become politically active and engaged. Their projects focus on voter registration and turnout, as well as ensuring that young people understand Colorado’s long, complicated ballot and how it affects them. Host Maeve Conran speaks with Stephanie Smalley.
