Dot Org: National Institute for Trial Advocacy

NITA stands for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.  Based in Boulder, they train both prosecuting and defense attorneys in courtroom advocacy skills that are effective and ethical.  The NITA Foundation aims to level the playing field between large law and public service by providing scholarships to trial lawyers in need of financial assistance.  Executive Director Wendy McCormack talks with host Steve Miller.
