Dot Org: I Have a Dream Foundation

The Boulder County I Have a Dream Foundation has been in existence since 1990. Its mission is to motivate and empower children from low-income communities to reach their education and career goals by providing a long-term intervention program of mentoring, tutoring, and cultural enrichment. They are currently serving 550 students in Boulder, Longmont and Laffayette.

President and CEO Lori Canova talks with host Steve Miller about how the program is structured and what services are provided.  She also talks about the upcoming fundraiser Dream Kitchen Tour on Saturday, April 30th, and Sunday, May 1st.
