Boulder County Care Connect’s Icebusters program matches adults and seniors with disabilities with volunteers who handle snow removal for them. It protects clients from slipping and falling and keeps the city from issuing citations if sidewalks aren’t cleared within 24 hours. Volunteer Anne Smith chats with host Nikki Kayser.
