The Boulder Shelter for the Homeless Transitional Housing Program provides housing and case management services for individuals and families for up to 2 years. Clients pay rent and utilities calculated as a percentage of household income, and work closely with case managers to reach individual goals. Catherine Bedell speaks with host Nikki Kayser.
