Creativity Alive Brings Brazilian Carnaval To Dance Away The Winter Blues

If you’re looking for a way to dance away the winter blues with a Brazilian Carnaval – there’s an event for that this Friday. Chilly weather got you down? Does pandemic confinement make you feel sedentary? Would dancing it off at a Brazilian Carnaval cheer you up? Boulder’s Creativity Alive is hosting an all-ages indoor event weekend with live Brazilian music.

Masks are not required, but proof of negative COVID test results are. KGNU’s Rossana Longo-Better spoke with dancer, artist and founder of Creativity Alive Merlyn Holmes about the details of their first indoor performance since the start of the pandemic.
