Marta Cary-Skovrinski is a conflict engagement specialist. She helps people and organizations participate in risky conversations and learn to effectively manage business relationships. She is adept at rapport-building and working with “abrasive supervisors” to develop leadership through perspective-taking, effective communication, and emotional intelligence. Marta has experience working in large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders as well as with small, entrepreneurial companies.
