Conflict Resolution: De-escalating Anger

Join our expert panelists Douglas Noll and Jill Schmidt as we explore the escalation and de-esclation of anger.  What happens in situations that get the best, or worst, of us? What can we do when confronted by an angry co-worker, family member or neighbor?  What are genuinely useful strategies for managing our own anger?
