Community Rights State Wide Ballot Initiative

On Monday, August 17th, Coloradans for Community Rights (CCR) officially submitted to the State Legislative Council proposed ballot language for their 2016 Community Rights Amendment which aims to change the power structure between municipalities and the State, and establish a new way community decisions are made.
