Cindy Brandle Dance Company Presents, “From The Ashes” February 7

“From the Ashes” is a new multimedia poetry and dance exploration from the Cindy Brandle Dance Company. It’s designed to be the continuation of the company’s 2019 production “World on Fire”. While “World on Fire” was an active, cathartic dialogue about the political and social climate and how that is affecting communities of color, LGBT individuals and more, “From the Ashes” asks the question: How do we keep moving? “From the Ashes” will be premiering at the Dairy Arts Center on February 7th. Choreographer and artistic director Cindy Brandle stopped by the KGNU studio to talk about the show.
