Capitol Coverage: Sand Creek Massacre Memorial

Governor John Hickenlooper has apologized on behalf of the state of Colorado for the Sand Creek Massacre. Native American tribal members ran to the state capitol to mark the 150th anniversary of the massacre, which was one of the most notable incidents in the history of the American west.
