Two election related questions will appear on the November ballot in Colorado. Proposition 108 would open local and statewide primaries up to unaffiliated voters. Those voters could participate without having to register with a major party. Proposition 107 would switch the state to a presidential primary instead of a caucus. It would also allow unaffiliated voters to participate in the presidential primary without having to affiliate with a party. Colorado Public Television recently hosted a debate on both issues.
