Dot Org: Bridging the generation gap through technology

CU student Anthony Levy was very close to his grandparents when he was growing up. He recognized the value in that relationship and sought to bridge the generation gap for students and seniors in Boulder through technology.

“Many of the students feel a lack of connection to older adults when they start college” says Levy and in turn, many older adults are wanting to learn new technology ands how to stay connected to friends and family on line.

To that end he founded TBridges, which is partnering with AARP to host two free Mentor-Up workshops,
designed to help older adults by pairing them with students to work through technology’s most common questions.
