Boulder’s Cafe Aion Chef Tells Us About This Spring’s Warm Saffron Breakfast Paella

KGNU’s studio was perfumed with saffron this a.m. when chef Dakota Soifer arrived with warm breakfast paella in hand to join John Lehndorff for Radio Nibbles. They discussed the recent first paella in space, upcoming farm dinners, dining on The Hill and more. The guest co-host was Sam Fuqua. It was a reunion since Sam and John launched Radio Nibbles together back in, as Sam says, “the 1900s.” Sam also found the show’s Cab Calloway theme song, “Everybody Eats When They Come to My House.”
