Black Actors Guild Rings in Holidays with Guildmas on Friday, December 20

Ever since their school days at the Denver School of the Arts, The Black Actors Guild in Denver have been forging a new path in the theater community by creating groundbreaking theatrical and sketch works, teaching in schools, and fostering collaborations which explore the themes of being a part of communities of color in an ever changing and developing Denver. On December 20th, The Black Actorss Guild will be holding a fundraiser for their expanding projects in 2020. The event is called Guildmas, and will be part dinner, part review and part exploration of possibility. There will also be an after party! KGNU’s Veronica Straight-Lingo had the opportunity to speak with Founding Member Quinn Marchman about where the Black Actors Guild came from and where they’re going.
