Jurors Reach Verdict in Second Phase of the Aurora Theater Shooting Trial

Jurors have decided to move to the final phase and consider the death penalty for convicted killer James Holmes.

The final phase will mean the jury will decide on either life in prison or death for the gunman.  In the second phase of the trial jurors decided that nothing about James Holmes’ life was sufficient to outweigh the horror of his crime.
