Ars Nova Singers bring creative collaboration to whole new level with “Shared Visions” April 24-26

This weekend, Ars Nova singers return with Shared Visions, their biennial celebration of visual, and musical arts. On Friday, April 24, they’ll be at the Lakewood Cultural Arts Center and Saturday night, April 25, along with Sunday, April 26 at 4 they’ll be at the Dairy Arts Center in Boulder.

Shared Visions is a months-long collaboration that begins with visual artists, who inspire poets. Those poets then inspire composers and the final piece results in a musical performance that infuses artistic ingenuity every step of the way.

KGNU’s Veronica Straight-Lingo spoke with Kim Brody, the Executive Director and Tom Morgan, the Founding Artistic Director with Ars Nova Singers to talk about the collaboration!
