CU Boulder Professor of Anthropology Speaks About Civilian Displacements As Russia Sets Another War Into Motion

The United Nations refugee agency estimated more than half a million people have fled Ukraine since the start of the Russian military invasion last week. That number is expected to grow unless a peaceful resolution is found quickly.

For more on what this implies for the large civilian population that had to leave their homes on short notice, KGNU’s Rossana Longo Better spoke with Dr. Laura DeLuca, who teaches a class on the Anthropology of War and Refugees at CU Boulder.
