Airline Passengers Are Not Behaving

Reports of aggressive airline passengers disrupting flights have peppered the news in the past year. In September, flight crews asked Congress for more help to deal with what they call “egregious” passenger behavior. A recent study found 40 percent of consumers say they are traveling less because of concerns about “rage incidents” from disruptive airline passengers. To get into all this, KGNU’s Alexis Kenyon spoke with reporter Julia Fennel who has been covering airline passenger’s increasingly alarming behavior for Colorado Newsline.
