What does it mean to have a living wage in the City of Boulder? That’s the question that will be asked and discussed at a community forum happening on Wednesday September 3rd from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Boulder Chamber of Commerce, 2440 Pearl Street. Maeve Conran spoke with Shirly White, a City of Boulder Human Relations Commissioner.
