A delicious dive into Boulder’s best sandwiches

From left to right: Dan Asher, Noah Westby, Jackie Sedley, Marcie Miller, and John Lehndorff.

For the June Kitchen Table Talk, KGNU’s monthly food roundtable, hosts John Lehndorff and chef Dan Asher (of River & Woods) welcomed Noah Westby and Marcie Miller. Westby recently opened Ironwood Bar & Grille at Flatirons Golf Course after 22 years at Dagabi Cucina. Miller is celebrating her 10th anniversary of the Organic Sandwich Co. They discussed in delicious detail the making of great sandwiches, as well as their fondest food memories while snacking on Reubens, club sandwiches and turkey and bacon jam on pretzel rolls.

John and Daniel expressed their undying love and appreciation to New Director (and Radio Nibbles co-host) Jackie Sedley who is moving on to other adventures at the end of June.
