Luvin’ Arms Holds Event For Those Mourning Pets Lost In Marshall Fire

The human death toll for the Marshall Fire was remarkably low considering the size and intensity of the disaster, but many pets were not so lucky. This has contributed to a sense of grief many fire survivors are struggling with. The Luvin’ Arms Animal Sanctuary in Erie is organizing a pet loss grief support group this weekend. KGNU news volunteer Kathryn Foster spoke with the support group’s facilitator Richard Mercer.
