This weekend, Five Points, Denver, came alive with its annual Juneteenth Celebration on Welton Street.

While the Juneteenth Music Festival has been reduced from two days to one, Mo’ Betta Green’s Juneteenth Freedom Celebration, just around the corner next to the Blair Caldwell Library, brought people together on Saturday and Sunday in the name of health, eating and active living at the Rising Star stage.
