In this episode we discuss the pros and cons of increased density, including the rationale for a new ordinance approved by the city council that would allow for more duplexes and triplexes in central Boulder. Two Boulder City Council members joined us live in studio for the discussion: Tina Marquis and Mayor Pro Tem Lauren Folkerts.
