KGNU’s required FCC Legal ID is “KGNU-FM 88.5 Boulder, KGNU 1390 Denver“.
Those words, verbatim, in that order. Check the signs in the studio for more details about translator IDs and station identification at other times.
Studio Etiquette
Be courteous to all DJs and volunteers. Never enter the studio when the DJ is on-mic, nor remain in the studio during an air break without asking.
Please close the studio door during air breaks. If you leave the door open, keep monitor volume to a minimum as it can disturb others, especially during business hours.

What if no one shows up for the next program?
Leave the studio silent, as our silence detector will play automated programming after about 30 seconds of silence. Notify the music or news director after.
