“On the Rise” Concert series – June 22 The Hill, Boulder, CO

“On the Rise”, a four day outdoor concert series celebrating the past, present and future of the Boulder music scene.

Roots Music Project, a non-profit music community advocate, is thrilled to announce the On the Rise Concert Series. This series will honor Boulder’s past, present and future as a mecca for musical creativity and expression.

Three outdoor concerts will be held on The Hill on June 22, July 27, and August 24. The fourth concert will take place at Boulder Junction on September 28th. This free concert series is made possible by the generous support of the City of Boulder and other sponsors.

Tyler Adams Organ Trio:

The Tyler Adams Organ Trio is a funk/jazz/rock fusion group led by multi-instrumentalist Tyler Adams, best known as the keyboardist and vocalist for the acclaimed jam band The Jauntee. Rounding out the power trio is guitar virtuoso Caton Sollenberger, whose eclectic style blends rock, blues, and jazz influences.

Wrenn Van Band:

The Wrenn Van Band is a dynamic trio that blends elements of indie rock, folk, and Americana into a captivating sonic tapestry. Led by singer-songwriter Wrenn Van, whose soulful vocals and intricate guitar work form the core of the band’s sound, the group is rounded out by the talented Jesse Ogle on bass and the rhythmic prowess of Blessing Chimanga on drums.

Mr.Knobs:

This project brilliantly combines operatic singing, prodigious musicianship, and lush digital sequences producing a truly modern and unique musical experience.

Emelise:

Emelise is a singer/songwriter musician from Denver, whose passion for making music often has her listeners referring to her as an old soul. Her style is a folk-rock, Americana blend. Emelise has been playing live music in front of crowds since she was six years old.

School of Rock:

School of Rock is a music school for all skill levels, ages, and musical aspirations. With students ranging from toddlers to adults, School of Rock is where music students grow into real musicians.
