Concerts, Arts, and other events in the public interest around the Front Range Community.
KGNU is fueled by creative and dedicated people, keeping our airwaves alive and thriving – in music, public affairs, or working behind the scenes.
KGNU’s “Gnu” Volunteer Orientations are held at 7pm on the first Thursday of odd numbered months. Attending an orientation is the first step in becoming a volunteer at KGNU.
Here, you’ll learn about the history of KGNU, its structure, and how to plug into volunteer opportunities at your Community Radio station, volunteer-powered since 1978.
Register for the KGNU New Volunteer Orientation, currently held online via Zoom.
