Adrian Herrera Jazz Trio is a modern jazz trio led by the Renown Colombian Jazz pianist Adrian Herrera who is the current director of the piano and commercial keyboard program at Colorado Mesa University . This concert is the premier and release of the first American album “HOPE” of this trio formed originally in 2016 at Colombia – South America. Now based in United States, this American Jazz trio has Andy Wheelock on Drums and Gonzalo Teppa on bass. The trio is a powerful driven configuration which contrast melodic compositions with aggressive modern jazz vocabulary. The trio is able to conduct the audience through an amazing journey of reflective, tradition, and modern jazz music that shows the vast experience of its members including bebop, hardbop, latin and classical music.
