Celebrate 40 years of independent community radio with KGNU at Alamo Drafthouse  
Pirate Radio will be screened on June 30th at 8pm to support KGNU, and in addition to this screening, KGNU DJs will be spinning in BarFly from 7pm to midnight. DJs include: Erin Stereo Joel Davis (TerraSonic), and DJ Deeprawk Dave

All proceeds from the screening benefit KGNU. The film will be preceded by a short documentary about the station.

Come visit KGNU Community Radio's Bike to Work Station on June 27th from 6:30 to 9 AM. Try a fun, healthy way to commute, whether you bike the whole way to work or combine your trip with transit! Stations across Boulder will welcome cyclists in the morning.

We will offer coffee from Ozo Coffee, muffins, juice, homemade fruit crisps and more, as well as studio tours and an on-sight bike mechanic for light maintenance. See you on June 27th at 4700 Walnut St in Boulder from 6:30 to 9 AM!

KGNU celebrates the 30th Annual Charles Sawtelle Memorial Mountain Jam with headliners Hot Rize on Sunday, July 22, from 11:30 AM - 4:30 PM, in the side yard of the Gold Hill Inn. Red Knuckles and the Trailblazers will make an appearance, and The Lyons Bluegrass Collective will open the show. Tickets are $30 for KGNU members, $35 for non-members. We're once again thrilled to be live streaming the 2018 RockyGrass festival from Planet Bluegrass Ranch in Lyons! Our live stream coverage begins at 10:30 AM on Friday, July 27th, and will run for the entire festival.

In addition to our live webstream, we'll broadcast on KGNU's airwaves Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings, as well as the Friday and Saturday evening headliners.
