Our Board of Directors
 
The Board of Directors of the Boulder Community Broadcast Association, Inc., is the licensee of the station and is legally responsible for it.

Membership
KGNU is seeking additional board members. Your energy and commitment may help guide our community radio station into the future. If you are familiar with KGNU and share our vision of diverse community radio, you may be just the person we are looking for.
If interested, please fill and submit an application online. A Board application FAQ sheet can be downloaded here.
If accepted, you will be asked to sign this Letter of Agreement.

Meetings
The Board meets on the second Monday of every month at 6 pm. During the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, board meetings are being held via online videoconferencing. Information about the meetings and links to join online will be posted on KGNU's home page.
The Executive Committee meets at 4:30 pm on the Tuesday preceding each board meeting.
The Board's Annual Meeting, as required in Section VI of the bylaws, is held in November. This is when the officers are elected for the coming year.
