In Honor of Boulders Immigrant Heritage Week

KGNU and Motus Theater present Sharing our Stories: Mexican Immigrants in Life, Media and Myth, a live performance at the Dairy Center for the Arts by Victor Galvan, Hugo Juarez, Ana Casas, and Elena Aranda, with special guest Dr. Arturo Aldama, Associate Chair of Ethnic Studies at CU-Boulder.

Hear a series of spoken word pieces that illuminate the immigrant experience and listen to a discussion on Sharing our stories: Mexican Immigrants in Life, Media and Myth.

Pre-Show guest stories from Motus Theaters SALSA Lotera by Laura Soto and Carmen Nelson.

Saturday, October 8th 4:30pm-6:30pm and streaming live on KGNU.org.
