They are an all-volunteer nonprofit based in Boulder that uses logistical organization and transportation to redistribute perishable food “waste” from businesses to charities and agencies that serve Boulder individuals in need. Boulder Food Rescue uses direct just-in-time delivery to rescue and redistribute fresh and healthy food that would be discarded otherwise.
