They are a not-for-profit child care center for children ages 2½ to 6. Over the Rainbow Preschool promotes each child’s emotional, social, physical, and cognitive growth in a developmentally appropriate, literacy-focused environment to ensure that each child reaches their own potential and develops a positive self-image.
