Prestige Plus partners with the City of Longmont to be Longmont United Hospitals’ senior wellness membership program operating out of the Senior Center. They provide resources and services to help older people take responsibility for their health and wellness of the whole being. This includes massage, fitness, psychological workshops and so much more. Program Director Peggy Arnold chats with host Nikki Kayser about their activities and educational programs, clinics, classes, consulting, counseling and screenings.
