The 304 students at Horizons K- 8 School in Boulder completed more than 3700 hours of community service this year. They are celebrating Making A Difference to show-off what they have done. Students tells host Nikki Kayser about their projects and why they feel they have make a significant contribution to their community. Teacher Illya Kowalchak is joined by students Georgia Brown, McKlean Frieund, Sophie Oatman, Sophie Gabriel, Sophie Hayes and Liam Shell. They helped veterans, reported news about animal life, learned about Nobel Peace Laurettes, raised awareness about domestic violence and beautified their neighborhood.
