Greg Palast Returns to the Front Range
|
In support of his new book Vulture's Picnic, Greg is coming to Denver and Boulder for two talks, in support of KGNU Community Radio.
Greg will share his crazy, but true, stories from the book. Noam Chomsky says Greg Palast "...upsets all the right people." In Britain, The Guardian calls him, "The most important investigative reporter of our time."
The first is in Denver at The Mercury Cafe, 2199 California Street (map) at 2pm. The Cafe will be open 9am - 3pm for delicious, organic food and beverages; will call for the talk will be available at 1:30 p.m. Please note they do NOT accept credit cards.
The second talk will be held in Boulder at Unity Church, 2855 Folsom Street (map), at 7pm.
Both discussions will be followed by a book signing, and books will be available for purchase thanks to Lefthand Books, a volunteer collective in Boulder since 1979.
