Juan Gonzalez & Joseph Torres in Conversation w/ Denver Post's Tina Griego

Juan Gonzalez, co-host of Democracy Now!, and Joseph Torres of Free Press will visit Denver on their US book tour to benefit KGNU. The talk will be held Thursday, October 27th, 7 PM, at the Highlands Church, 3241 Lowell Boulevard in Denver (map). They are touring in support of their book News for All the People: the Epic Story of Race and the American Media.
Juan Gonzalez has been a professional journalist for more than 30 years and a staff columnist at the New York Daily News since 1987. He is a two-time recipient of the George Polk Award for commentary (1998 and 2010). Joseph Torres is a senior adviser for the national media reform group Free Press.
