KGNU and Mile High Youth Media Presents
3-Day Youth Radio Workshop at KGNU Radio, 4700 Walnut Street, Boulder CO
Tuesday - Thursday
July 10th - July 12th
9 AM - 3 PM (1 hour lunch break)
Classes will cover:
In-Studio Radio Broadcast Skills
Field Recorder Basics
How to use Sound Editing Software
How to be Music Disc Jockey
How to Create a News Feature and/or Radio Drama
And much more!
Course Graduates will be qualified to use Radio Studio Space at KGNU and can become volunteer broadcasters, journalists and DJs one of numerous radio department, as well as Mile High Youth Medias ongoing youth radio program, Overdub. This workshop is open to teens aged 12-19. The workshop fee is $175; scholarships are available. Please make all checks out to: Youth Media Worldwide.
